He studied piano at the Tokyo National University of Music and Fine Arts with Mutsuko Kobayashi, where he obtained the highest score as a concert pianist. At the age of 16 he took part in the musical university course of Poitiers in France, where he received masterclasses from Vlado Perlemuter (the only piano student of M. Ravel) and Geneviève Joy (wife of O. Messiaen). At the same time he has received great advice from pianists such as: Vlado Perlemuter, Badura Skoda, Jorge Pludermacher, Jacque Rouvier, Vladimir Tropp and Aquiles Delle Vigne. 1997-2001 He furthered his piano studies at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles under the direction of Jean-Claude Vanden Eynden and Burkard Spinley. There he obtained the First Prize in Chamber Music and the Higher Diploma in piano with a qualification of great distinction.
He has been awarded in different international competitions, obtaining the Grand Prize of the Union of Education in Japan, First Prize in the City of Huesca Competition, Second Prize in the Maria Canals Competition in Barcelona, Third Prize and Prize for the Best Interpretation of Spanish Music in the Ciutat de Carlet Competition, Prize of Honour in TIM and Second Prize in the City of Ferrol Competition where he obtained the Prize of the Public and the Prize for the Best Interpretation of Spanish Music.
As a soloist he has collaborated with the Tokyo New Philharmonic Orchestra, the Orquesta de Valencia and the Orquesta Sinfónica de Galicia.
He has performed as a soloist in venues such as Suntry Hall in Tokyo, Palau de la Música Catalana, Auditorio de Pontevedra, Auditorio de Zaragoza, Palais de Beaux Arts in Brussels or Liege Philharmonic Hall, and in countries such as Japan, Italy, Holland, France, Belgium, Australia and Spain.
As a chamber musician, he has shared the stage with musicians such as Arto Noras (Chello), Yuko Imai (Viola) Vincent David (Saxophone) Arno Borncamp (Saxophone) Alejandro Bustamante (Violin).
He was invited as a teacher or performer in several festivals such as Encuentro de Música and Festival de Santander, Andorra Sax Fest, or Festival Internacional de Panticosa.
He currently lives in Aragon, combining his concert activity with his teaching as a professor at the Conservatorio Superior de Aragón.
